SEAL & SPRAY

SEAL & SPRAY is a new, universally applicable and paintable sealer in a spray can for various industrial applications. Seal & Spray is also perfectly suited as a protective coating, corrosion protection and stone chip protection with sound-dampening properties. Seal & Spray is manufactured on the basis of synthetic polymer resins, is 100% PVC-free and, after the solvents have evaporated, forms a durable, tough film offering excellent protection against various influences and changing climatic conditions, such as moisture, flying grit and stone chips. Furthermore, Seal & Spray is easy to sand after drying. Once fully cured, the product is chemically resistant to water, salt, oil, mild acids and alkalis.

Seal & Spray is used as an anti-corrosion coating, sealant and stone chip protection for car bodies, bumpers and various industrial surfaces, amongst other things.
Seal & Spray is suitable for use in the following sectors, amongst others:

Shake the aerosol can vigorously for at least 1 minute before use. Apply Seal & Spray at room temperature for optimal results. The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Hold the aerosol can approximately 30 cm away from the surface to be treated and spray in even, broad strokes. It is recommended to apply a thin layer first and allow it to flow out or dry briefly before applying a second, thicker layer. For optimal results, 2 to 3 layers are recommended. The drying time is approximately 10 to 20 minutes at +20°C. Recommended drying: IR or oven drying. After use, spray the can upside down for about 3 seconds to prevent the valve from becoming blocked. Please note: if layers are applied too thickly or the coating has not fully cured, small holes (pinholes) may form in the surface. This can cause problems when recoating.
