Plastic Primer Spray is a professional adhesion promoter for the most common plastics. Due to its unique composition, the product will provide significantly improved adhesion for processes such as repairing, gluing, and spraying. The new composition ensures that Plastic Primer Spray will give much better adhesion on many more difficult surfaces. Plastic Primer Spray is ready to use, making it very easy to apply. It dries very quickly, allowing the next step to be started after just 10 minutes. All these properties make Plastic Primer Spray extremely suitable as a plastic primer for all plastic repair work in the workshop. The aerosol packaging makes Plastic Primer Spray very user-friendly and easy to apply.
Plastic Primer Spray is a professional adhesion enhancer for the most common plastics. It also provides a strong improvement in the adhesion of paints and glues on the following surfaces: • ABS • PVC • GFK • PTFE • PP • EE • Carbon • Plexiglas • Polyester • PU
Pre-treatment:
• The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease. Optionally, lightly sand the surface, grain 600.
Treatment:
• The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease.
• Bring the aerosol can to room temperature. Ideal processing temperature is 15 to 25°C.
• Before use, shake the aerosol can well for 2 minutes and spray a test piece.
• Distance to the surface to be treated approximately 25 to 30 centimeters.
• Apply the adhesion primer in a maximum of two thin layers.
• After drying, can be oversprayed without sanding with all paint systems.
• After use, clean the valve. (Hold the aerosol can upside down and press the nozzle for about 5 seconds).
• Drying time depends on the ambient temperature, humidity, and the applied layer thickness.
