- Zinc Silver Spray is a shiny zinc powder coating (98%) that dries in 90 seconds and can then be welded and repainted. Zinc Silver Spray does not generate dust during spraying, provides excellent coverage, and protects all metal surfaces from oxidation. Zinc Silver Spray adheres perfectly to bare and galvanized sheet metal, aluminum, iron, steel, etc.
- Zinc Silver Spray is ideal for galvanizing small surfaces that show signs of oxidation or defects in the galvanizing. Zinc Silver Spray is ideal as rust protection for surfaces that will be welded afterwards.
Before use, read and follow the instructions on the label. Apply Zinc Silver Spray only to cleaned and rust-free surfaces. Shake the can vigorously until the balls in the can are audible (approx. 90 seconds). Then spray Zinc Silver Spray at a distance of about 20 cm. After a drying time of 1 to 2 minutes, spray the surface a second time in a cross layer. Important: after completing the work, hold the can upside down and thoroughly empty the valve.
