PRIMER MSP

First MSP is a transparent liquid primer for improving adhesion on porous surfaces. Pretreatment of mineral substrates. Essential to achieve a durable adhesion.

Ideal for use in the treatment of mineral-porous substrates such as: • (facing) stone • Concrete • Aerated concrete • Marble • Unglazed earthenware

Underground: The surfaces must be clean, solid, dry, dust and grease-free.Preparation: Keep packaging tightly closed until the moment of processing. Do not process primer directly from the packaging. Pour as much primer into a clean glass, can, or paint tray as can be processed within 30 minutes. Do not use leftover primer. Close primer can tightly immediately. The best adhesion is achieved when the bonding or sealing is done within 6 hours after the primer has dried. Therefore, do not apply more primer than can be completely finished within 6 hours. Avoid touching the cleaned and primed surfaces, as this can adversely affect adhesion. Condensation can also adversely affect adhesion. Do not apply primer in very high humidity conditions, such as dense fog.Application: The primer should be applied with a clean brush or clean short-haired roller. Apply the primer to the bonding surfaces in such a way that the primer forms a closed layer or film. (Although the primer is transparent and does not discolor, an applied primer layer may still be visible. If this is bothersome, use masking tape to prevent the primer from getting on the visible side in addition to the bonding surfaces.) For very absorbent surfaces, a second treatment may be necessary 60 to 90 minutes after applying the first layer.
