MS Panelbonding Large HPL is an excellent quality elastic adhesive based on silyl modified polymers, with a long open time. It is specially developed for bonding facade cladding. It is designed for use in warm and humid conditions. MS Panelbonding Large HPL is also highly suitable for sealing work. The adhesive has excellent resistance to UV, various weather conditions and is free from solvents, isocyanates, and silicones. Furthermore, this adhesive shows excellent adhesion to various substrates and is paintable with common industrial paints.
- This is specially developed for bonding facade cladding.
- • MS Panelbonding Large HPL can easily be processed with a hand or air pressure caulking gun at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C. • The surface must be cleaned well, degreased and possibly treated with a primer. (Depends on the situation). • Under normal conditions (20°C and 50%RH) the plate will be fixed within 45 minutes. Under hot conditions (35°C and 80%RH) the open time is only 30 minutes.
