PROTECTOR COAT

Protector Coat is a protective layer without isocyanates with excellent corrosion protection and sound-insulating properties. Protector Coat is made of a special rubber base, 100% PVC-free, and is used for restoring factory original structures. It ensures perfect adhesion on bare surfaces or surfaces treated with etching primers. Furthermore, it remains constantly elastic, but can be easily sanded once it has dried properly. It can be recoated with any modern car paint after 10 minutes.

For repairing and replicating various original structures found on car doors, sills, the underside of cars, as well as on spoilers and hoods.

• Maintain a minimum temperature of 15°C when using.• Spray distance for the surfaces to be treated should be approximately 20 cm.• Substrate must be clean, dry, and free of grease.• Degrease with Profi Degreaser.• Protector coat can be applied in multiple layers as needed. Let it evaporate for 10 minutes in between. Repaintable after 10 minutes (ideal time) up to a maximum of 4 hours.• Roughen up at a later time or use plastic primer.
