PRO FIX

Pro Fix is a Silyl modified Polymer adhesive product with high tensile strength, suitable for creating elastic structural connections. Pro Fix can also be used as a sealant. Pro Fix has been tested and certified according to the International Maritime Organisation Fire Test Procedures for Surface flammability, resolution A.687 and is therefore approved for bonding deck materials on steel and aluminum. The use of Pro Fix guarantees accelerated and controlled curing, certainty in the production process, and expands the range of applications.

• Elastic bonding and sealing in e.g. bus, caravan, train, and yacht construction. • Bonding roofs on buses, trains, etc. • Bonding aluminum or polyester corner profiles on trailers. • Bonding polyester parts on metal frames. • Bonding floor systems.

In general, Pro Fix shows good adhesion without a primer on clean, dry, dust- and grease-free surfaces of aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel, copper, brass, powder-coated metal, most painted metal surfaces, glass, PVC, (fiberglass-reinforced) polyester, painted wood. No adhesion on untreated polyethylene, polypropylene, and teflon.
