PU FIX

Pu Fix is a powerful adhesive, is a solvent-free polyurethane adhesive with a pasty (thixotropic) structure. This prevents the adhesive from running out of the bonded seams, making it suitable for vertical work. The adhesive cures by reacting with moisture from the substrate and forms a strong, durable, water-resistant bond.

As an adhesive for wooden structures. Bonding of: • Metal • Wood • Stone • Concrete • Plastics Insulation materials such as PU foam, PS foam, stone wool, and glass wool. Bonding of sandwich structures.

• Surfaces must be clean and load-bearing. • Apply the adhesive from the cartridge on one side only. • For proper curing, it is necessary for at least one surface to be porous. If two non-porous surfaces are being bonded, it is necessary to spray a thin layer of water (10 to 20 g/m2) on one of the surfaces or on the adhesive layer. • Maintain the adhesive ratio within the specified open time. • Prevent any shifting of the joint. • Keep the joint under pressure until it is "tack-free." • A bond test is recommended before use.
