Pro Lock is suitable for securing bolts, nuts, sealing pipes (including water, steam, gas, compressed air, hydraulic oil).
Pro Lock does not require a hardener. Pro Lock is solvent-free and does not harden in the presence of air. Pro Lock remains liquid on metal surfaces exposed to air, giving you more time to join the parts together. Airtight, Pro Lock quickly hardens into a strong protective film, completely sealing off against corrosion and moisture ingress. The bonds provide a very high locking force and are removable with standard tools.
- Make the two pieces that need to be connected with the ultra degreaser clean. Apply enough Pro Lock to the surfaces. Immediate connection is not necessary because the material only reacts after connecting the parts. The Pro Lock strong only hardens in the absence of air. Anaerobic liquid synthetic materials do not react with metal-plastic combinations, in that case you must work with an activator. Hand strength is achieved after 10 to 20 minutes. Final curing is achieved after 24 hours. Curing can be accelerated with an activator.
