POLY ACRYL

Poly Acryl is a direct rain-resistant, superbly paintable and high-quality sealant, filler and repair compound, specifically for outdoor use based on acrylic dispersion technology, which hardens by water evaporation from the mass and forms into a durable permanent plasto-elastic rubber.

Poly Acryl is ideal as a rain-resistant joint, filler, and repair material for sealing, filling, and repairing joints, (shrinkage) seams, gaps, cracks, and holes outside where there is a chance of precipitation.

Before use, read and follow the instructions on the label. We recommend testing adhesion, material and paint compatibility in advance. Surfaces should be strong, tolerant, clean, free of grease and dust, and porous/absorbent/open surfaces do not need to be completely dry. Ensure that the correct joint dimensions can accommodate movements. Remove loose particles from surfaces using a suitable brush. Degrease surfaces well. Ensure that highly porous, strongly absorbent surfaces such as plaster blocks, (calcium) stone, (aerated) concrete, and masonry are evenly pre-coated with a brush using a mixture of 1 part Poly Acryl and 2 parts water. Poly Acryl can be finished in any desired surface texture using a dry and/or water-moistened suitable brush and/or sponge for skin formation. Poly Acryl is perfectly repaintable with synthetic and dispersion paints. It is best to repaint after complete curing due to material shrinkage. If repainting earlier or using high-filled dispersion paints, cracks and/or cracks may occur in the paint layer.
