2K STRUCTURE FOAM

2K Structure Foam is a two-component polyurethane-based foam that expands in just 15 seconds at a ratio of 1 to 9. After curing, it leaves behind a firm yet flexible foam with a closed cell structure. 2K Structure Foam expands tack-free within 90-120 seconds and cures completely within 1 hour. In addition to this extremely fast curing, 2K Structure Foam dampens sound and vibrations in hollow spaces. It is suitable for many different materials and provides a complete seal against water and dust. 2K Structure Foam fills hard-to-reach areas thanks to its liquid form at the start. 2K Structure Foam can be sprayed/painted over and repairs according to factory specifications.

Thanks to its wide range of applications, 2K Structure Foam is used to bond, fill, glue and insulate various materials. 

Automotive: 2K Structure Foam is used by professionals in the car repair, car damage and maintenance sectors to fill cavities such as A, B and C pillars, sills or frame components and restore them to their original condition.

Water sports: 2K Structure Foam is used to fill gaps in boats, jet skis and windsurf boards.

All surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of dust/grease. If necessary, roughen the surface with a sander or sandpaper and then remove any remaining dust. If necessary, remove panels or drill holes to access the area to be filled. Mask or cover all surfaces that should not come into contact with 2K Structure Foam. Apply the material to the area to be filled using the mixer.

Successive layers can be built up by applying additional material to the existing material. Good adhesion between the layers is achieved, provided that the layers are not contaminated with oil, grease or solvent residues.

Please note: fill the cavities evenly so that the self-expansion does its work. It is recommended to fill in stages. After complete curing, excess foam can be cut away.
