DUAL TIN SOLDER SLEEVES have been developed for electrical connections in applications where there should be no problems with quality, reliability, service life and water tightness.
DUAL TIN SOLDER SLEEVES have been developed for electrical connections in applications where there should be no problems with quality, reliability, service life and water tightness.
Dual Tin Solder Sleeves are very easy to use, because the sleeves are transparent, it is easy to check the quality of the connection, and no special tools are required for installation. The solder sleeves can be used on both braided (flexible) and solid (rigid) cables. This applies to both copper and tin-plated versions, if not combined.
A heat source is required to use the Dual Tin Solder Sleeves. To do this, use a lighter, heat air blower, etc. Slide the conductors into the solder sleeves and press the solder rings flat to hold the sleeve in place. The Dual Tin Solder Sleeves heat at the level of the solder rings until they flow evenly and then heat the ends so that the colored rings insulate and seal perfectly. Then let the sleeve cool down without moving.
