PRIMER BLACK

Primer Black is a black colored, liquid primer to improve adhesion.

Pre-treatment of planed wooden support structures for facade panel bonding. For a durable adhesion.

Underground: • The surfaces must be clean, solid, dry, and free of dust and grease. Wood moisture content maximum 18%.Preparation: • Shake closed packaging before use. • Keep packaging tightly closed until the moment of processing. • Do not process primer directly from the packaging. • Pour as much primer into a clean, dry paint roller tray (or can) as can be processed within 30 minutes. • Do not reuse leftover primer. • Close primer can tightly immediately. • The Primer can be applied prefabricated, but attention must be paid to dust and other stress after application. • Avoid touching cleaned and pre-primed surfaces, as this may adversely affect adhesion. • Condensation can also adversely affect adhesion. • Processing the primer and subsequently sealing or bonding at very high humidity, for example in dense fog, is not recommended.Application: • The primer should be applied with the Application Set & clean short-haired rollers or with a suitable clean brush. • Apply primer to the bonding surfaces in such a way that the primer forms a closed layer or film. • Apply the primer in one thick layer.Processing temperature: • From +5°C to +30°C.Drying time: • Minimum drying time 60 minutes.Consumption indication: • Roughly 4 liters of Panel Bonding Primer Black are needed per 100 m2 of facade panel.
