BLACK MATT COATING

Black Matt Coating is an excellent matte black color with a low chalk content, very easy to sand and therefore ideal for use as a control lacquer. Due to its factory original color, Black Matt Coating is ideal for spraying matte black body parts. Furthermore, it is very easy to apply in multiple layers one after the other. Suitable Nozzles: art. 0039 - WIDE JET (XL) and art. 0038 - WIDE JET (M)

For spraying body parts. Very good as a control paint. Because this product is very resistant to weather influences, it can also be used for applications such as tow bars and windshield wiper arms. Due to its high covering power, it can also be applied to bare sheet metal parts. After applying Pro Part plastic primer (KP505), the Black Matt Coating can also be used on most plastic parts.

• The surface must be clean, dry, and free of grease. • Bring the spray can to room temperature. • Ideal application temperature is 15 to 25°C. • Before use, shake the spray can well for 2 minutes and spray a test piece. • Distance to the surface to be treated is approximately 25 to 30 centimeters. • Apply the paint in several thin layers. • Shake the spray can again before applying the next layer. • After use, clean the valve (hold the spray can upside down and press the nozzle for about 5 seconds). • Drying time depends on the ambient temperature, humidity, and thickness of the applied layers.
