MS Screenbonder TUV is a very high-quality, strongly adhesive windshield adhesive based on MS polymer. This adhesive is specially developed for quickly and professionally bonding car windshields. Due to the unique composition of MS Screenbonder TUV, the product has perfect adhesion to old windshield adhesive, glass, and ceramic edges, without the need for a primer.
A major advantage of MS Screenbonder TUV is its very high initial strength, which has a particularly positive effect on preventing the windshield from sliding down, especially when it needs to be placed vertically. The adhesive also has the positive characteristic of having high thixotropic properties, meaning the adhesive bead does not collapse during application. After curing, MS Screenbonder TUV contributes to the rigidity of the bodywork. The product also provides very good torsional rigidity to the vehicle.
These properties mean that when installing car windshields with MS Screenbonder TUV, no additional products are needed. This reduces the risk of errors during installation and makes the previously complex installation of these windshields very easy with this product. MS Screenbonder TUV is also solvent-free and isocyanate-free, and does not contain any silicones. Due to its unique composition, the product is perfectly UV-resistant and therefore highly suitable for applications where the adhesive bead is exposed to sunlight.
