2K RAPIDO

2K Rapido is a fast curing light expanding 2k adhesive based on polyurethane which can be used as a liquid plug. Because the product has quick and excellent adhesion to many common substrates, work can be expedited.

2K Rapido is ideal for problems in assembly technology, and provides a professional solution for issues with fastenings in various surfaces.• As chemical anchoring/liquid plug • For filling/repairing oversized or incorrectly drilled holes • Repairing and bonding materials on a wood basis • As additional reinforcement for fastening various objects • Suitable for almost all building materials (concrete, solid and perforated stone masonry, wood, drywall, gypsum fiberboard, etc.)
The surfaces to be glued or the holes to be filled must be free of oil, grease, dirt or other contaminants to ensure ideal adhesion. Heat treatment accelerates the hardening process. The adhesive surface must be free of contamination, as this would act as a barrier. Moisture in the borehole can cause the 2K Rapido to foam/expand more than usual.
